  • How Long Are SPC Transformation Programs?

    Our Transformation Coaching Program is 20 weeks for all new clients. We also have a 1-year option. All coaching is one-on-one and personalized to YOUR body and goals. On our consultation call, we will discuss what length would be best suited for you based on your starting point for the goals you want to achieve. After your initial program, you can go monthly with no minimum time commitment.

  • Do You Provide Macros or Meal Plan based programs?

    Every woman is different! We offer both macros-based programming and also meal plans depending on what best suits you.

  • I Don't Understand Macros, Can I Still Do This Program?

    Yes! We teach macros and meal planning in detail. In addition to our weekly learning calls, when you enroll in SPC, you will receive instant access to Victoria’s Master Classes with exclusive nutrition education.

  • I Don't Like Macro's or Food Tracking, Can I Still Do This Program?

    Yes! For those who don’t like or understand macros, we provide eating guidelines and flexible meal plans with food exchange lists to keep it simple for you!

  • Is SPC for Fitness Competitors?

    Although our coaches are champion PRO fitness competitors, our flagship Transformation Coaching Program is for LIFESTYLE clients! We are passionate about helping women 35+ get in fabulous shape without the restrictive dieting or hours of cardio, and we show you how to sustain your results for GOOD.

    *We offer a separate program for a select number of competition prep clients per year. Please inquire to see if you qualify.

  • Do you offer training-only programs?

    No. Your athletic and aesthetic goals require good nutrition for sustainable energy and bodily function. Your longevity, performance, and health require it. We would be misleading if we did not provide this.

    For this reason, we will work with the client on nutrition only, nutrition AND training, but not training only.
